Hi Everyone,

well it was a little bit of an impulse buy but we bought a Red K reg Stag last night. Looks ok at the moment and seems to drive well enough, but I am sure the little niggles and required repairs will start to make themselves known soon enough.

I know a fair bit about Series Land Rovers, but little about Stag's so I thought the best place to ask for help would be here.

Its red and it still works...!

Hi Rob! Congratulations on the new purchase and welcome to the Stagmad Forum. There's always little things you'll find along the way with any classic car, My stag looked in good condition until I started taking it to bits. Sometimes they can be a little deceiving. But you have a STAG whatever condition she's in a Stag is still a Stag. I've seen some Stags that were in a pretty poor state on the SOC forum that have been restored from only a few bits of a rusty shell, they are immaculate now! so the fact yours "still works" should be comforting.

Post some pics in the photos section (we all love photos!) Welcome to the forum!
