The problem could be with propshaft vibration or the rear diff mountings, causing to much deflection of the propshaft when power is applied. The angle of the diff is critical in a static condition and was a well know problem on the Triumph 2000/2500 and stag all have the same diff and rear suspensions. as you power on the angle of the rear axle assembly in relation to the gearbox can go over the top of what the propshaft UJs can accept and cause a vibration. Check the rear diff mounts first. If the rear diff mountings have not colapsed or soft, then it could be propshaft vibration which would mean balancing the propshaft in situ with jubilee clips.
